Chardonnay: Aperitifs and Fish


The Chardonnay presents itself as a very ductile wine that loves to complete the flavors of the kitchen and well marries with the food from the counter, so excellent as an aperitif during the day. It accompanies the white and lean meats also in stew, the cheeses (even the most seasoned) and is a valid ally for the stuffed pasta, provided it is not stuffed with red meat (for example ravioli stuffed with meat) or seasoned with ragù.
