Oggi vi racconto di un grande vino proveniente da un terroir eccezionale ❣ 👉 siamo in Basilicata dove @cantina.giornisnc cantina a conduzione familiare, coltiva questo Cabernet Sauvignon 🍇 nel Parco Nazionale dell’Appennino lucano, ad 850 metri e sotto le montagne di Pignola su un terreno leggermente argilloso, aria pulita, sorgenti, clima nordico e sole del sud. 🌞 👁 + 👃 + 👅 = di grande eleganza e struttura, rosso rubino al calice. Si apre all’olfattiva con ricordi di ciliegia scura, di mora e di mirtilli, seguiti da richiami al cioccolato fondente e al sottobosco. Completano il naso gradevoli sentori speziati e vanigliati. Il sorso è vellutato e perfettamente equilibrato, caratterizzato da una bellissima trama tannica e da una lunghissima finitura. ⌛2015, barriques di rovere francese in per circa 24 mesi seguiti da 6 mesi in bottiglia 💯 🇬🇧 Hello friends! Today I tell you about a great wine from an exceptional terroir ❣ 👉 we are in Basilicata where @cantina.giornisnc family-run winery, cultivates this Cabernet Sauvignon 🍇 in the Appennino Lucano National Park, at 850 meters and under the mountains of Pignola on a slightly clayey soil, clean air, springs, northern climate and southern sun. 🌞 👁 + 👃 + 👅 = of great elegance and structure, ruby ​​red with a glass. It opens to smell with flavors of dark cherry, blackberry and blueberries, followed by hints of dark chocolate and undergrowth. The nose is completed by pleasant spicy and vanilla scents. Giallo paglierino intenso,al naso crosta di pane,banana,agrumi e mela renetta. In bocca é delicato,di bella beva grazie anche alla sua vena acidula. Wine Upon a Time 🍷• Aujourd’hui je suis très heureux de vous faire découvrir ce merveilleux vignoble italien qu’est la @cantina.giornisnc ! 🇮🇹 ⛰🍷❤️. Ce domaine situé entre les montagnes italiennes de Pignola dans le Parc de l’Appennico Lucano est le premier et le seul au monde à avoir planté 3 hectares de Cabernet Sauvignon à 850 mètres d’altitude! ⛰ Le viticulteur Gianni Menotti a développé le vignoble pour atteindre 9 hectares entièrement biologique 🍃 . Leurs 4 cuvées mono cépages sont: . La cuvée SCIFFRÀ: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, vieillit en barriques pendant 2 ans et demi avant la mise en bouteille. 🍷 . La cuvée ORNETO: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, élevé en cuve acier pendant un an avant la mise en bouteille. 🍇 .
