Vinification destemming and maceration for about 15 days to obtain a great phenolic potential
Ripening in small oak barrels, in rooms with steady temperature for about 24 months, then it’s assembled for about six months
Alcohol 14% vol
Organoleptic Analysis elegance, structure, length and deep colour
Colour red with ruby and purplish nuances
Fragrance concentrated, but very elegant, reveals a nose of wild berries, spices and light vanilla
Flavour rich and at the same time elegant, concentrated and smooth, time enriches it and enhances its character
